The approach
Pregnancy is a time full of changes – physically, emotionally, and also in the way your body handles the new demands. Particularly in the hip and lower back areas, misalignments and strain can occur. This is where pregnancy and postpartum therapy comes in, offering you targeted chiropractic treatments such as the Webster technique. This approach helps correct misalignments and promotes well-being during pregnancy, so you can feel lighter and more relaxed again.
But not only you, your baby also needs a lot of support after birth. Through a gentle baby massage specifically tailored to the growing bone system and muscles, tensions and discomfort can be relieved. Often, it is growth that causes pain and discomfort, which can manifest as loud crying. Targeted therapy helps to bring your baby more relaxation.

The goal
Whether you're seeking support during pregnancy or after childbirth – this therapy helps you and your baby take the first steps together in a healthier and more harmonious way.
The process
Pregnancy puts significant strain on the spine:
On one hand, the weight increases, putting more strain on the intervertebral discs. On the other hand, hormonal changes cause the ligaments to become softer, making the spine and pelvis more flexible but often also more unstable. The chiropractic techniques used here are very gentle and safe and can help alleviate pain during pregnancy.
We primarily use the Webster technique. This technique is a gentle chiropractic adjustment that aligns the pelvis and includes targeted relaxation of the surrounding muscle groups. This helps the pelvis function optimally during pregnancy.
The technique reduces tension in the soft tissue that could lead to uterine twisting, thus creating an ideal environment for the growth and movement of the baby.
Birth trauma can be significant both in a natural birth and in a C-section. Therefore, parents are often advised to have their newborns checked for possible spinal issues. A common sign of an injury during the birth process is restricted neck mobility.
Chiropractic treatments can help children recover optimally from growing pains, sports injuries, stomach issues, and many other complaints. Since a child's body is still developing, we use a particularly gentle, low-pressure adjustment method called the Activator Method. Chiropractic treatment for children is targeted and especially gentle.
Tony Ai is specially trained to apply the right technique, appropriate pressure, optimal depth, and the correct touch points in alignment with the child’s physical development.
